Hello! I have a question for you! Do you know any study methods for people who may have mixed anxiety-depressive disorder? I also get pretty much tired and stressed out during studying. It’s my fourth year in uni, but I still don’t have any tips. ^^“ And I can’t afford a therapy yet.~ I used to go before I started uni and dropped out… And it got a little bit hard for me now. I’m learning not to worry that much about grades, and care more about myself this year. I still want to pass exams, tho! >< Thank you for any help!
